Nothing is frozen, nothing is bought in, and nothing is left over. When it's gone it's gone — which is usually early on a Saturday.
Bread
Mixed at four in the afternoon, proved cold overnight, in the oven by 4am.
Country sourdough
$9VGStone-milled white and wholemeal, 36-hour ferment, blistered dark crust.
Seeded rye
$10VGSunflower, linseed and caraway. Keeps for the better part of a week.
Olive and rosemary
